By submitting designs, logos, or other content (“Designs”) to Detxnxs, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them and take responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws. You grant Detxnxs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your Designs solely to produce, ship, or promote products and services you request, including marketing, advertising, samples, and previews.

You may not submit Designs that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party rights, and Detxnxs does not allow any designs or products, including for sale, that violate these rights. All graphics, text, templates, and other content on the Site (“Detxnxs Content”) remain the property of Detxnxs or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or use of Detxnxs Content is prohibited. Nothing in this Policy allows any use of Detxnxs or third-party content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

You represent that your Designs do not violate privacy or contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, sexual, or otherwise objectionable material. Any individuals depicted have given consent, or for minors, consent from a parent or guardian.

Detxnxs may review Designs for compliance and refuse, remove, or suspend any Design or related order that violates this Policy. Users may be asked to provide proof of ownership or consent. Detxnxs may remove content at any time, and users should keep backups of their submitted designs to avoid loss.

If a third party claims intellectual property infringement, Detxnxs may remove the content, notify the user, and work with the user to resolve the dispute, taking appropriate steps to prevent further infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Detxnxs, its affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submissions or use of our products or services.

All rights to the Site and its content are reserved by Detxnxs. Trademarks not owned by us belong to their respective owners and may not be used in ways that cause confusion. Users may not use third-party trademarks in any way that implies affiliation with, endorsement by, or misleads consumers regarding the trademark owner. Nothing on the Site grants any license to use Detxnxs trademarks without written consent.
